Management was great! They threw a party every time our weekly goal was met. I would not recommend this place to work or even go to. Not too much sanitation, dirty bucket water, managers and supervisors didn't seem to worried about all that, just wanted to make money.
Pros dress up as a party host. Cons low pay, low hours, rude co workers. Pros pay is execptional, great management. Cons as a teenager i dont get as many hours as i want or as many days i want to work. It was fun to work here. I was able to learn a lot and help the customers. The place was very clean and the management team very helpful during my time working here. Would you recommend working at your company? Help people considering your employer make a good choice. This place is shut down now but this was my first real job. The only thing I really remember about this job was that working with kids is tough, but the reward is great. I loved Gatti Town! I always got along with my coworkers and we would always have time to chat about anything and everything. It's a fun job to work there for a year or so, but I'm sad that they shut down before I could advance to anything else.
Pros free pizza and candy, fun work environment. Cons closing down. It is a place to learn how to work hard. They will expect a lot out of you, but they will show you respect. They will ask you to move around the store. As long as you work there they are more than happy to help you grow within the company.
Worked the whole time, had great managers to talk to if any problems and the communication was excellent. The work wasnt to much or to little, was always busy with the working community. Good place to work, it was a fun place to work, you got to meet new people and provide great customer service.
They were flexible with the hours and very understanding.
