Sarah and Macon, my deepest sympathy to you and your families on the loss of your father. My parents try to keep me informed on news of my classmates and it was with regret that I learned this news.

My thoughts are with you and other of our classmates that have lost their parents. Uncle Garland,you have always been so very special to me. I will always be able to hear your kind voice and see that crooked grin and twinkle. My love and thoughts are with all that will miss you. I met Mr. Tucker while working with The Salvation Army. He was always kind and encouraging.

I worked with him on the Raleigh and Wilson boards. He was supportive of my professional growth and always on-top of my moves and plans. Tucker as one of my early champions.
