This place is hard to beat, even with online prices. These guys were so kind and helpful I felt I should give them a review. Very knowledgeable and great, patient staff. Prices were very competitive to what I was paying from another large supplier I use.
Best thing is they are open on Saturdays and it seems like all my emergencies happen then! Very bad company to do business with, managed by a very uneducated person, the warranty is the poorest I've ever heard of, stay away from this janitor supply company. This was a great find for a contractor like myself. I too heard about them from a customer of mine and tried them out. These folks are great and know a thing or two about cleaning problems, they also took their time talking to me about the job and ways to do things easier.
I'm not sure what the other poster experienced but when I was there everyone was mexican and very helpful and i'm white as bread! Good old fashion service always deserves a pat on the back, that's why i wrote this review.
Employees seem uninterested in helping you. Management is rude. If you are Korean this is a great place to shop because you will get special treatment, However if you aren't then you will be treated badly.
