The Los Angeles Athletic Club has handball, racquetball, and squash courts for adult and junior use. Adult and Junior classes, special events, tournaments, clinics, and adult leagues are available to all members. Our unique fitness class based on the sport of handball provides an intense cardiovascular workout while building the key skills of the sport.
A lb person can burn over calories in 30 minutes of handball, making it a fun and effective workout. The handball sponsors are hosting a members only Doubles Tournament.
Teams and divisions will be formed by the handball committee. It is played by two or four people indoors on a four-wall court or outdoors on a one, three or four wall.
