In addition to regular spiritual direction, Peter is also trained in giving the Ignatian spiritual exercises. Peter has been a high school theology teacher at Cretin-Derham Hall high school in St. Paul since , where he especially loves leading student justice trips to Guatemala and pilgrimages on the Camino de Santiago in Spain. Peter helps lead ministry discernment groups for the Episcopal Church in Minnesota, he is a life-long runner, and is active in his church as a Sunday school story teller.
Sheryl worked in parish ministry for over 25 years after almost two decades in corporate management roles.
For her own ongoing spiritual journey, she incorporates contemplative walking on her yard labyrinth in the summer and her many finger labyrinths in the winter. Sheryl is currently available to see people inside or outside on her backyard labyrinth at her home in Richfield, while we patiently wait for the Benedictine Center to open again.
Steven Steve F. Arnold is a Deacon within the Lutheran confessional movement of the Church catholic. Steve is certified as a Director of Christian Education and as a Lutheran Teacher and has served the Church through parish ministry, teaching at a Lutheran high school, and serving on the faculty of a Lutheran university where he taught parish leadership and lifespan faith formation.
Steve continues in ongoing personal formation as a spiritual director. Steve has served as an organizational consultant and also has served on many boards and committees over the years. Steve is a teacher, retreat leader, speaker, author, chaplain, tour leader and bridge-builder.
His work has included a number of cross-cultural and international experiences of bringing Christians together from around the world to learn and grow together.
