I am able to use my service most of the time for calls and text but the data service is spotty at best. I have completely given up on using GPS to find anything in Memphis because Im tired of hearing the nice computer lady say "signal lost". Switching soon. Internet is not working right. I call Sprint and I was told there is a outage in the area and tells me it won't be fixed til or There is always something going on with this company Sprint service is horrible.

Switching service providers ASAP! I cannot receive a call in my house, and even when walk into my backyard, the signal is not strong enough for a phone call.

Can only get reception when standing in my front yard or at the front door of my house. Reception is terrible throughout my house. I rarely drop back to 4G and stay on LTE. No complaints about the service. I cannot use my phone at all in my house unless I'm using wifi for iMessage.

The 4G transition is an important opening for the troubled carrier, which saw losses of both revenue and customers during the quarter just ended.

Sprint has never quite recovered from its rocky acquisition of Nextel Communications. By Adrian Diaconescu. Jun 25, , PM. While the merger between the third and fourth-largest wireless service providers stateside, which almost instantly led to the birth of the industry's number two player , was officially completed more than 14 months ago , the "Now Network" is still alive and well at multiple levels.

That looks like a pretty firm Sprint LTE network termination date, mind you, and although the "Un-carrier" has yet to confirm this target, we have no real reason to doubt the legitimacy and accuracy of the latest leak concerning a much-discussed topic on Reddit over the last 12 months or so.

This is a decidedly ambitious plan on T-Mo's part, which could leave a significant number of legacy Sprint customers without service relatively quickly after the finalization of the aforementioned merger, although in all fairness, that was a very long time coming. In other words, all prudent customers should have switched to a modern device "compatible with the T-Mobile LTE or 5G network" by now, especially considering how easy and cheap Magenta has made these vital upgrades of late.
