My husband and I were married October 20, We began planning a year before and looked at several wedding venues before deciding on Hachland Hill. The venue feels very peaceful and remote, though it is less than half an hour from Nashville. The woods, creek and fall foliage set the perfect backdrop for our October wedding.

There are two houses on the property that are rented out for accommodations, so most of our immediate family members were able to stay on site for the weekend which made for a really fun experience. Carter was great to work with throughout the process. He was able to accommodate several visits to the property ahead of the big day even when I texted him on a Friday night asking if I could come by the next day to show my mom the venue because she was visiting from out of town and wanted to see it.

Carter is also the chef and we were very pleased with all of the food options for the weekend, from the rehearsal to the cocktail hour to the reception meal. We had several of our guests compliment the food. Thank you to Carter and the rest of the staff at Hachland Hill for helping us pull off our dream wedding.
