While we haven't been able to enjoy all the great stuff both on-site and around in Deep Ellum due to Covid, you can't beat the price for the location. The property is very clean and the staff is very friendly. I can't say enough great things about her and the rest of the staff!

I moved to Marquis on Gaston a couple months ago. From the application process to now my expectations have been exceeded.

I have dealt with Kenzie, Karen, and Brian — all are extremely professional and attentive. From the generous move-in gift to the thoughtful weekly events, Marquis on Gaston never fails at showing their residents they care. Since August, they have surprised residents with Red Bull at their doorsteps, Starbucks events, food trucks, multiple contests, etc. I highly recommend Marquis on Gaston!

Great apartment community!! Has incredible areas for furry friends and is in a perfect location for night bites or drinks. Rental office has been very nice and accommodating throughout my stay and amenities have been on point.

This apartment community is so cute! It's more like its own neighborhood. Super clean, cool views of downtown, easy walk to restaurants, completely FOB accessible including in the garage, and great that there's a little dog park and lit up courtyard for when I take my dog out late at night.
