Nothing in the salad line ever looks the least bit wilted or desiccated, and the soups taste like a fantasy mom's finest, with at least one vegetarian selection always available. The made-to-order pasta bar is only passable, but the bakery offers a delightful variety of bread, rolls and muffins.
